4.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details, including their registered payment method details, remain accurate at all times. krekya accepts no liability for failed or delayed transactions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your krekya account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.4 krekya shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
5.5 krekya applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's device and the krekya servers. Passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes. Session tokens expire automatically after a defined period of inactivity.
6.1 All krekya account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). krekya does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any payment made in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider, which may differ from the mid-market rate.

6.3 krekya processes deposit instructions promptly upon receipt of cleared funds. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. krekya accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or financial institution.
6.4 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same krekya account. krekya may, at its discretion, permit withdrawals to an alternative payment method following completion of satisfactory identity verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.5 krekya reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount, as displayed within the account withdrawal interface. Withdrawal requests for amounts below the published minimum will not be processed.
6.6 krekya may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of account verification checks, including identity, age, and source of funds verification. Players are advised to complete account verification proactively to minimise delays when withdrawing.
6.7 Deposits made to a krekya account may not be reversed once the funds have been credited to the account balance and used to place a wager or access a bonus. Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in this Clause.

7.4 Players who, in krekya's sole judgment, are found to be abusing bonus offers — whether through arbitrage, multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method — will have their bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts may be permanently closed.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed through the krekya Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation. krekya does not accept requests to amend or cancel bets after they have been placed and confirmed.
8.2 krekya's sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports, are governed by the market-specific rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, krekya's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
8.3 In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific event rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
